This version of our Pruim was made with the Dubbele Altesse variety. These plums were sourced from the orchards of Wijndomein Hoenshof in Limburg, Belgium. We macerated the entire plums for four months on an ex-Bordeaux barrel. The Lambikken originate from three different barrels and three different brews, and one third of the brews was made with Belgian cereals.

The final fruit intensity is at 582 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.
