Raspberry mead with handpicked and meticulously selected Glen Fyne raspberries from Dusgard, paired with late-harvested wildflower honey.

The result is an exceptionally pure and powerful expression of the raspberry variety “Glen Fyne”. A variety that bursts with flavor and color.

If you don’t take our word for it, NOFIMA (the Norwegian food research institute) recently tested them and considered them to be the sweetest and most aromatic compared to a bunch of other raspberries they had previously tested.

We got these bonkers flavorful raspberries a little further away from where we normally source our fruit. A couple of hours away, close to Norway’s largest lake, “Mjøsa”. Recent vintages have exclusively been paired with wildflower from the same area. Due to problems receiving enough of this honey this year, we used late-harvested wildflower honey from Lillesand together with the OG honey.
