Bourbon barrel-aged cherry mead with orange zest and maple syrup (Widow Jane 10 y/o for 24 months).
After maturing a cherry mead for two years in a bourbon barrel, it was conditioned on extra dark maple syrup and freshly zested orange zest before being bottled.
