For this specific Oude Geuze Platinum Blend, we use lambikken originating from five different barrels and six different brews. We used both one-, two-, three- and four year old lambikken, clocking the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling at more than two years, or 24 months. The oldes lambik was brewed in the first days of 2018. More than 40% of the combined grain bill was sourced in Pajottenland, with our own cereal circle. Also more than 40% of the combined hops were sourced in Belgium, with an average of 14 years of age.
