This specific Cuvée Armand and Gaston has been blended with lambikken originating from six different barrels and not less than eleven different brews.

Two of these lambikken are 29-month old and have aged on two sherry barrels, that held Oloroso lambik for respectively at least 20 and 40 years. Of the total lambik volume, about 20% was brewed with our own cereals, sourced in Brabant, of which about 5% with heirloom wheat varieties.

The average age of this blend is more than 21 months upon bottling. The largest part of this blend was bottled on 750 ml bottles, a small volume on magnums.
